Problems with Shipping and Refunds
There are several reviews that mention difficulties with shipping and refunds. Bob Bob received an order that took a week to arrive and was then told that the company was refunding him because they couldn't source the product. Ellis Turiano had an order that was cancelled, but was still charged for it. Janusz Wiech had an order that was sent to the wrong address and the seller tried to avoid responsibility.

Ten Of The Best had a tent kit that they wanted to return, but were told that they couldn't because the 14-day return period had passed. Ismael had troubles with cheap and incompetent equipment and instructions.
