The Recruitment Link was founded in February 2001 by Penny Harper FIRP. Since then, the company has established itself as a reliable supplier to renowned local and national companies. In 2002, the company acquired a High Street competitor and incorporated the business into the Newcastle Branch. In 2003, the company assisted Bentley Motors in recruiting a workforce of 260 to build the new Bentley GT.
