Poor Quality of Work
The reviewer, Joy Alfonso, had a disastrous experience with a company owned by Terry. The initial quote seemed reasonable, but the red flags started to rise when the reviewer asked for more detailed updates. The workmanship was subpar, with Terry and his laborers failing to complete tasks properly. They laid around 50 tiles in four days, but the tiles were not evenly spaced, and the cement was left on the surface, causing stains.

Terry failed to follow agreed-upon procedures and did not ask for the reviewer's input on several key aspects of the job, including tile spacing and staggered or staged laying. He also brought his inexperienced son, Ben, onto the job site, which caused more problems. The reviewer had to repeat instructions multiple times, but Terry and his team still managed to botch the job.
Unprofessional Behavior
The laborers, including Ben, were inexperienced and poorly equipped to handle the job. They used wooden pencils as spacers, which are not suitable for the task, and left the tile cutter unattended, causing the tiles to become damaged. Terry tried to convince the reviewer that the work was fine and that they were being "fussy, " but the reviewer's experts agree that the job is substandard and should be refunded in full.
