Problems with Customer Service and Delivery
Some customers have reported having a bad experience with the delivery company's customer service. Nicola Di Rosa states that they were disappointed with the services, as they had to call multiple times to resolve an issue with their delivery. The customer services team was described as being unprofessional and unhelpful, with one representative claiming that the person in charge of the booking was too busy to answer the phone. Furthermore, the company's methods of communication were criticized, with Nicola Di Rosa stating that the contact number they provided was not working.
Delivery Issues
There have been issues with the delivery process as well. Chikinmun Psn reported that their pallet of vinyl floor tiles did not arrive on the confirmed next-day delivery date, despite confirming the delivery slot in the morning. The supplier explained that staff shortages were to blame for the delay, but Chikinmun Psn believes that the company is untrustworthy and recommends avoiding them.
Positive Experiences
On the other hand, some customers have had a good experience with the company. Dan Nastasi, Brian Chivers, Brendon Brown, Elliot King, and Carlton Slaine all gave the company a 5-star rating. Dan Nastasi praised the company's organization, while Brian Chivers, Brendon Brown, and Elliot King all commented on the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. Carlton Slaine stated that it was easy to find the location and deliver goods.
Negative Behaviour
Unfortunately, there have been reports of negative behaviour from some of the company's drivers. Jason Church expressed concern that some of the drivers may be involved in criminal activity, citing their behaviour as "disgraceful".
