With our fast go-live policy, your advert can be live within just 2-3 hours of upload during office hours.

*Viewings:* Once your advert is live, we'll start receiving enquiries from potential tenants. We'll send you their contact details via email and text, along with any additional information you've asked us to gather. You can then organise a convenient viewing time and show them around.

*Offer Handling:* If you've asked us to complete referencing for you, we'll handle all offers and rejections. We'll also help you with taking a holding deposit and getting your chosen tenants referenced. You'll receive a copy of the report once complete.

*Tenancy Agreements:* We can provide you with a bespoke tenancy agreement, which can be electronically signed by your tenants. We'll also coordinate the collection of your tenant's deposit.

*Right to Rent Checks:* As part of our management packages, we can carry out Right to Rent checks on your tenants to ensure they have the legal right to rent in the UK.
