Bean Shot is a Somerset-based artisan coffee roaster, dedicated to providing the ultimate coffee experience. Founded in 2013 by Nick Law, a coffee aficionado with a background in corporate consulting and speciality tea, Bean Shot is built on a passion for serving customers world-class "Antipodean" style roasted coffees. Our team of experts scour the globe for the finest coffee beans, forging long-standing relationships with growers, producers, and co-operatives. We roast our beans daily with the utmost care and attention, serving customers in person at our Sherborne coffee bar or via our online shop.
Graham Cox, our Operations and Retail Director, began his coffee journey in 2010. His rapid progression from head barista to store manager led him to join Bean Shot in 2013. Graham plays a crucial role in our retail success, driving coffee innovation and product development.
Alex Brinsford, our Barista and Head Roaster, joined Bean Shot from a hospitality background. His professionalism and customer focus were quickly evident while working at our Sherborne coffee bar. After only six months, Alex expanded his skillset to include coffee roasting and green coffee selection. Today, he expertly balances barista duties, coffee roasting, and researching coffee producers.
