We also offer expert witness reports and employee assistance programmes. Our therapeutic approaches include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Person-Centred Therapy.
Our Approach
As an integrative therapist, we draw on various therapeutic models and frameworks to provide a tailored approach that suits your needs. We believe that the therapeutic process is a collaborative effort between the therapist and the client, and we work together to identify the most effective strategies for overcoming your challenges. Our approach is relational, empathic, and non-judgmental, providing a safe and supportive environment for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours.
