Our Facilities
Our modern kennels are designed to provide your pets with a comfortable and relaxing stay. Our spacious kennels all have attaching exercise runs and are large enough to accommodate two (or more) dogs from the same family. We also have a secure exercise field, where your pet can enjoy the great outdoors. Additionally, we offer grooming services to help keep your pet looking and feeling their best.
Our Services
Our kennels are divided into two large kennel buildings, one for medium/giant dogs and the other for toy/small dogs. Each kennel building is fully climate controlled with the most energy-efficient heat exchange systems on the market. We also have two home-from-home kennel buildings, one for medium/giant dogs and the other for toy/small dogs, offering a more relaxed and quieter environment to the main kennel building.
We cater to all your pet grooming needs, offering a warm welcome to guests staying at our pet hotel and to non-doggy residents. Our experienced and caring staff will ensure that your pet receives the highest level of care and attention.
Booking and Terms
We understand that leaving your pet with us can be a stressful experience, which is why we offer a transparent and straightforward booking process. Our charges are per-day, including the day of arrival and departure, unless your pet is collected prior to 10am. We also have a strict policy against accepting any pet without proof of their up-to-date vaccinations, including kennel cough.
Closure Dates
We kindly request that you check our website or contact us prior to booking to avoid any inconvenience. We are closed on the following dates: New Year's Day, Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Easter Monday, Spring Bank Holiday, Summer Bank Holiday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve, and any other Bank Holidays.
