Our Services
At Pennygate Medical Centre, we offer a comprehensive range of medical services, including routine GP appointments, baby immunisations, smears, and telephone consultations. Our online booking system allows patients to book appointments conveniently through the NHS APP. Additionally, we provide repeat prescriptions, NHS Covid Pass, and access to medical records through the APP. Our surgery also offers free NHS WiFi, ensuring that patients can stay connected while they wait.
Our Team
Our team of experienced doctors, including Dr Michael Pearce, Dr Charlotte O'Brien, Dr Manal Mekki, and Dr Victoria J Holme, among others, are dedicated to providing exceptional patient care. Our healthcare assistants, nurse practitioners, and practice nurses work together to ensure that patients receive comprehensive care. Our practice management team, led by Sarah Gray, Nicola Parkinson, and Vanessa Lloyd, ensures that our centre runs smoothly and efficiently.
AskMyGP Service
Our AskMyGP service is available from 7:30 am to 8:30 am, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Patients can request urgent assistance through AskMyGP, and our clinicians will respond promptly. Please note that if you request an urgent telephone call back, our GP will attempt to contact you twice, so please ensure you have your phone available.
Online Booking and Services
Our online booking system allows patients to book routine GP appointments, baby immunisations, smears, and telephone consultations. Patients can also use the NHS APP to order repeat prescriptions, access their medical records, and book Covid vaccinations.
Free NHS WiFi
Our surgery offers free NHS WiFi, enabling patients to stay connected while they wait. To access the WiFi, select 'Free NHS WiFi' on your mobile device, register for guest access, and enter your details. You will receive a username and password, valid for five days.
