Negative Experiences
Several reviewers have had extremely poor experiences with Kennelpak. Many of the reviewers mention rude staff, including the Production Manager, who are unpleasant to deal with. The lack of customer service is a major issue, with some sales representatives failing to respond to inquiries or ignoring phone calls. The working conditions in the warehouse are also subpar, with leaky roofs, dark and dank environments, and minimum wage.
Unpleasant Workplace
According to Graham Greatorix, the warehouse is run-down and the finance company that owns it is only interested in profits. This has led to a high turnover of staff, with many employees leaving due to the poor working conditions. The women who work there are particularly upset, shouting all the time.
Poor Value for Money
Several reviewers have expressed dissatisfaction with the value for money provided by Kennelpak. Trip Angle believes that the service is expensive and that there is an awful selection of products. Cameron has stopped ordering from Kennelpak as a consumer and will not be doing business with them as a supplier due to the poor service.
Mixed Feedback
Not all reviews are negative, though. Jonathan Warriner Jono, Dave, Lesson Duhaney, Anthony McDaid, and S. Teebs have had some positive experiences with Kennelpak. They praise the friendly staff, good turnarounds, and decent service.
