Rewiring
Full building electrical rewire services ensure compliance with safety regulations. Our qualified electricians modernise outdated systems in homes over 25 years old or damaged by flooding. We minimise disruption during installation and provide EICR certification for property sales or rentals. Domestic and commercial rewires include fuseboard upgrades and new circuit installations.
Fuseboard Replacement
Upgrade outdated wooden fuseboards to modern metal-clad units with RCBO protection. This essential safety improvement prevents electrical shocks and fire hazards while meeting 18th Edition Wiring Regulations. Our certified engineers install compliant systems with guaranteed workmanship and full documentation.
EICR
Comprehensive Electrical Installation Condition Reports identify safety risks in domestic and commercial properties. Our qualified inspectors test wiring integrity, circuit capacity, and earthing compliance. Required every 5 years for rentals and 10 years for owner-occupied homes, these reports ensure regulatory compliance and occupant safety.
