Our reports include photographic evidence of critical findings and prioritised recommendations for necessary repairs.
PAT Testing
Portable Appliance Testing ensures electrical equipment safety in workplaces and rental properties. Our technicians examine appliances using calibrated equipment, performing insulation resistance and earth continuity tests. This service helps businesses meet health and safety regulations while preventing electrical accidents. We provide clear pass/fail results with itemised documentation for compliance records, along with repair options for failed appliances.
Fuse Board Replacement
Modern fuse board installations enhance electrical safety and system reliability. We upgrade outdated units to 18th edition standards with RCBO protection, replacing worn components that pose fire risks. This service includes full system testing and certification, ensuring compliance with current regulations. Our replacements incorporate smart technology options for enhanced circuit monitoring and control.
Emergency Lighting
Emergency lighting testing and installation ensures safe evacuation during power failures. We maintain and certify maintained and non-maintained lighting systems according to BS 5266 standards.
