Our Services

We understand the importance of patient convenience, which is why we offer online services allowing patients to book, check, and cancel appointments, order repeat prescriptions, and access parts of their health record. We also offer online consultations through our Rapid Health system, and patients can also request a non-urgent appointment through our Accurx service.

Online Services

Our online services are designed to save patients' time and make it easier for them to manage their healthcare. With our online services, patients can:

• Book, check, or cancel appointments with a GP, nurse, or other healthcare professional
• Order repeat prescriptions
• See parts of their health record, including information about medicines, vaccinations, and test results
• See communications between the practice and other services, such as hospitals

To register for our online services, patients must come to the surgery and provide photo ID, after which the receptionist will issue them with a username and password.
