Our team of experienced instructors, led by Chief Instructor Rob Lock, are dedicated to helping our students achieve their full potential, whether that's improving physical fitness, building confidence, or developing essential life skills such as discipline and self-awareness. Our Services

We offer a range of martial arts disciplines, including Karate, Muay Thai Boxing, and Self-Defence, catering to different age groups and abilities. Our programmes are carefully structured to ensure that students progress at their own pace, with a focus on fun, learning, and personal development.

For our younger students, we have dedicated classes for Little Dragons Karate (4-6 years) and Junior Muay Thai Boxing (4-6 years, 7-9 years, and 10-12 years). These classes are specifically designed to promote physical activity, coordination, and social skills, while introducing fundamental martial arts principles.

For adults and teenagers, we offer Sankukai Karate and Muay Thai Boxing classes, which focus on technique, conditioning, and sparring. Our Private Coaching sessions provide one-on-one instruction or small group training for those seeking more personalised attention.

In addition to our martial arts training, we also offer supplementary services such as Pilates, Birthday Parties, and Gift Vouchers.
