Established in 1997, Brooks-Hill is a family-owned business specialising in the design, development, and manufacturing of high-quality cosmetic products. With a focus on creativity, innovation, and reliability, we have built a reputation for spotting and developing new trends and niche product opportunities, allowing us to be first to market on a number of products. Our expertise covers cosmetics, beauty accessories, and fragrances, with an emphasis on producing cruelty-free products.

Our office and shopping facilities, as well as our distribution and storage facilities, are located on Orbital Business Park, just 30 minutes north of central London and easily accessible via the M25 and other transport links. Both facilities have undergone recent audits (2022) by major suppliers, ensuring that our manufacturers comply with EU regulations and standards such as social accountability SA8000, BCSI, ISO 90001, and Good Manufacturing Procedures (GMP). We are committed to ensuring that all of our products comply with UK and EU regulations.
