Founded in 1988 by Managing Director Merv Cosens, our company has undergone significant growth and development over the years. From our humble beginnings as a partnership to our current status as a Limited Company, we've consistently focused on delivering exceptional electrical services to our clients. Our move to our current custom-built unit has enabled us to improve efficiency and further enhance our service delivery.

Unimpressive Customer Service Experience
Several customers have expressed disappointment with the professionalism and behavior of the company's workers. In one instance, a customer witnessed a worker driving recklessly while using their mobile phone, which they deemed "irresponsible". Another customer had a negative encounter with a worker who drove aggressively and had to be recorded by the customer's dash cam. This incident has led the customer to report the incident to the police, stating that the worker's behavior brought shame to the company.
Outstanding Electrical Work and Staff
On the other hand, two customers had a positive experience with the company. One customer praised the friendly and polite staff who carried out excellent work, which they would highly recommend and use again. Another customer appreciated the prompt and efficient service provided by the electrician, who worked past his scheduled finish time to resolve the issue. The customer was especially grateful for the electrician's technical expertise and professionalism.
