Make the right Move with us!

Bentley's Fine Art Auctioneers is a highly esteemed auction house located in the heart of Kent, housed in a magnificent 18th-century, grade II listed, white weatherboard, former granary. Our journey began in 1995 when Raj Bisram and Wilfred Wheaton founded Cranbrook Auction Rooms. Following Wilfred's retirement, Raj was joined by Mark Foster in 1996, and the company was renamed Bentley's Antique & Fine Art Auctioneers Ltd in 2000. In January 2024, Robin Fletcher joined Bentley's as Senior Manager, Auctioneer and Valuer, taking on the day-to-day management of the company, with Mark and Raj working in consultancy and auctioneering roles.

Our sales are held at our showrooms and offices at The Old Granary, Cranbrook. Since our inception, we have grown from strength to strength, attracting a wide array of high-quality Antiques, Fine Art, 20th Century Design, Collectors Items, Furnishing pieces, Chattels, and other rare, interesting, and unusual items for our monthly auctions. We pride ourselves on our extensive knowledge, expertise, and professionalism, offering a comprehensive and transparent service to all our clients.

Our sales are held on the first Friday of each month at our premises. The viewing days are on the Wednesday before the sale from 1pm to 5.30pm and the Friday before the sale from 9.30am to 5.30pm. We are open Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) from 9.30am to 5.00pm.
