He brought his expertise to Worthing, where he established Sama Santa, a restaurant renowned for its authentic Indonesian and Malaysian dishes. After moving to Hove, TC transformed his passion into a reality, creating the Bali Brasserie, a haven for those seeking a taste of the exotic Far East.
