Established in South Devon, Milestone Veterinary Centre has been providing dedicated small animal care to pets and their owners for over two decades. Our independent veterinary practice operates from two purpose-built facilities in Kingsteignton and Kenton, offering comprehensive medical, surgical, and preventative care services. With a team of experienced veterinary surgeons and nurses, we prioritise continuity of care through our in-house 24-hour emergency service, ensuring registered clients receive consistent treatment without outsourcing. Our facilities feature modern diagnostic laboratories and surgical suites, supported by state-of-the-art equipment funded through the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development. We maintain regular operating hours six days a week at our Kingsteignton branch and five days at Kenton, with emergency services available every day of the year.

Our approach focuses on building long-term relationships between pets, owners, and veterinary professionals, with particular expertise in treating dogs, cats, rabbits, rodents, birds, reptiles, and exotic pets. We provide transparent communication about treatment options and costs, offering pre-appointment consultations to ensure adequate time for complex cases.
