Our trained staff can administer non-insulin medications to cats, with prior arrangement and additional charges. This service caters to cats with specific health needs, ensuring continuity of care during their stay.

What is included in the boarding service?
Boarding includes spacious pens with cat trees, twice-daily meals of premium food, fresh water, wood pellet litter, and regular staff interaction. Dietary requirements can be accommodated if food is supplied.
Do you offer pickup and drop-off services?
Yes, we provide local collection and return services for an additional fee, subject to availability. Please contact us in advance to arrange this.
Can you administer medication to my cat?
We can administer non-insulin medications with prior arrangement and additional charges. Insulin injections are no longer available.
What are your opening hours?
We are open Monday-Friday 8:30am-11:00am & 4:00pm-5:00pm, Saturday 8:30am-11:00am, and Sunday 11:00am-12:30pm. Closed on Bank Holidays.

Our trained staff monitor cats daily, providing individual attention and environmental enrichment. Regular video updates are sent to owners, and pens are designed for mental stimulation with garden views.
