I am Tonia Priestley, a professionally qualified and experienced Person-Centred counsellor, dedicated to helping individuals overcome their difficulties and achieve their goals. With a strong background in cognitive behavioural therapy, eating disorders, and obesity, I offer a unique and personalized approach to counselling.

Our Services

At Tonia Priestley Counselling, we offer a range of services designed to support individuals, teenagers, and children in Buckinghamshire. Our counselling services include:

• One-to-one counselling sessions for adults, teenagers, and children
• Specialist support for eating disorders, including anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating, and obesity

• Creative arts in counselling
• Mindfulness, compassion-focused therapy, acceptance, and commitment therapy, and dialectical behaviour therapy
