Welcome to Daften Die Casting Ltd, a family-run manufacturing business situated beside the River Camel in Wadebridge, Cornwall. Our Team

Our team is composed of dedicated professionals, each with a specific role to ensure the smooth operation of our business.

*Mark Weedon, Sales and Commercial Director, * is client-facing with overall responsibility for new business and general management of company operations.

*Guy Weedon, Paint Plant Director, * oversees the online and offline powder coating system.

*Grant Weedon, Tool Room Director, * is responsible for tool design and manufacturing using CAD CAM technology. He also supervises the maintenance of existing tools.

At Daften Die Casting Ltd, we offer a wide range of services, including:

*Die Casting:* Our foundry specialises in High-Pressure Aluminium Die Casting. We provide our customers with the design and manufacture of tooling and the die casting of components using LM6 and LM24 aluminium ingots. Our die casting machines include a Triulzi 400 c/with Furnance, two Buhler H400B with Pomac Ladle machines, and a Frech 350-40 Automatic Diecasting Cell.

*Metal Finishing:* As part of our one-stop shop, we also offer metal finishing. Our range of machines includes a PDJ VIBRO EVP-800 Vibratory Finishing Machine, Acton Vibrota Vibratory deburring finishing machine, Rhodes 80 Tonne Hydraulic Press, Rhodes 60 Tonne Hydraulic press, Hare 40 Tonne hydraulic press with Mitsubushi control, and Linishing Machines. Additionally, we have two Universal Robot Automated Cells.

*Powder Coating:* Our powder coating services are managed by Guy Weedon, Paint Plant Director. Our online and offline powder coating system ensures that our customers receive high-quality, durable finishes.
