Our Story
Our journey began in the early 1960s, when our founder, David, started diving and developed a fascination for antiques. This interest led him to join the Royal Navy in 1965, where he spent most of his 22 years of service as a Clearance Diver. During this time, he gained an in-depth knowledge of the nautical world and the treasures that lay hidden beneath the waves. After leaving the Navy, David turned his passion into a full-time business, and in 1988, Bond's Nautical Antiques was born. Today, the business is a family affair, run alongside his daughter Suze.
