Elstree Property Maintenance Ltd, or E.P.M. as we are commonly known, is a family-run business with a rich history that dates back to 1997. Our story began when Phil Davies and his son Dean Davies formed a maintenance team at Elstree Film Studios, working with several production companies including Big Brother, Who Wants to be a Millionaire, and Dancing on Ice. From this humble beginning, we have grown exponentially, expanding our services to cater to the needs of local authorities, social services, and commercial organisations.

Specialist Services

Our Drain Medics subsidiary provides a specialist service for all types of drainage works, with an emphasis on emergency response and CCTV drainage surveys. Our team of highly trained engineers is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, including high-pressure jetting units and CCTV survey units, to ensure that we respond swiftly and efficiently to all drainage emergencies. We also offer a 24-hour call-out service for all clients, existing and new.

Preeya Properties

Our sister company, Preeya Properties, concentrates on the management sector of E.P.M.'s housing conversions and the lettings/sale of such properties on completion. With a wealth of experience and knowledge gained over the years, Preeya Properties has successfully managed the conversions of several 3-bedroomed properties into 2 one or two-bedroomed self-contained flats, with another project undertaken in 2011.
