We are a dedicated team of animal lovers with extensive experience in pet care, nursing, and hospitality. Our kennels, located in seven acres of scenic countryside near Kendal, Cumbria, offer a warm and secure environment for dogs. We completed rigorous training and renovations during lockdown, achieving a 5-star rating in May 2021 after our first inspection.Our approach combines professional standards with a family ethos, ensuring each dog receives individualised attention, three daily walks, and enrichment activities. Our 5-star rated boarding kennels provide a safe, heated, and comfortable environment for dogs. Each kennel accommodates up to five dogs, with faux fur bedding and vet-approved facilities. Guests enjoy three daily walks in enclosed fields, group play, and individualised attention from our experienced team.
Medication Administration
We administer prescribed medications free of charge, ensuring your dog's health needs are met during their stay. Our staff follows strict protocols to maintain accurate dosing and timing, with documentation provided upon request.
Vaccination Compliance
We require up-to-date vaccinations, including Kennel Cough, to ensure all dogs' safety. Owners must provide vaccination certificates upon arrival, and our team verifies compliance before accepting pets into our secure facility.
Daily Exercise
Dogs receive three supervised walks daily between 7:30am and 6:00pm. Activities include group play, ball games, and exploration in enclosed fields, promoting physical and mental stimulation throughout their stay.
Kennel Facilities
Our 25 spacious, heated kennels meet maximum size regulations, with plastic beds, vet beds, and water bowls. The facility includes secure enclosures, rest areas, and storage for raw food diets, ensuring comfort and hygiene.

What are your opening hours for drop-off and collection?
We are open daily from 8:30am–10:00am and 4:30pm–6:00pm for drop-offs and collections.
What vaccinations are required for boarding?
Dogs must have up-to-date vaccinations for Parvovirus, Parainfluenza, Distemper, Leptospirosis, Hepatitis, and Kennel Cough (administered at least three weeks prior).
How many walks do dogs receive daily?
Dogs receive three supervised walks daily between 7:30am and 6:00pm, including group play and exercise in enclosed fields.
Are there breed restrictions for boarding?
We do not accept Pit Bull Terriers, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, Fisa Brasileiro, American Bulldog, or Japanese Akita breeds.
Can I visit the kennels before booking?
Yes, local owners are welcome to visit with their dogs to view the facilities and meet our team.
