We have had the privilege of producing and installing carpets and rugs in some of the most prestigious settings around the world, including yachts and aircraft. With our specialist knowledge and expertise, we will guide and support you through everything from concept to completion.

Our Services

At Custom Carpet Company, we offer a complete service, from initial consultation to installation and maintenance.

Initial Consultation: An appointment can be arranged to meet at our West Sussex showroom or at the project location to discuss all aspects of design, quality, yarn types, and colours.
Design and Sampling: Based on the outcome of the consultation, we can produce artwork for consideration and proceed to sampling for quality and finish approval.
Survey & Quotation: We can work from CAD drawings or arrange site surveys to enable a quotation to be prepared, including installation within the UK or overseas if required.
Ordering & Production: Upon receipt of a signed acceptance of quotation, we submit a deposit invoice to enable the order to be processed and production to commence.
Project Management: We pride ourselves on providing the same contact personnel from the initial consultation, quotation, order process, delivery, and installation to ensure continuity and service throughout the project.
Transport: Our freight forwarders can arrange road, sea and air freight, groupage and dedicated options worldwide, and can arrange delivery to nominated agents or door-to-door shipments if preferred.
Installation: We can arrange fitting with supply of materials throughout the world, and our installers are experienced in all methods, including stretched gripper fixing, adhered systems, and our Velcro technique for access on yacht and aircraft installations.
Maintenance: We can offer a maintenance programme for carpets and rugs through our recommended advisor, who travels across the UK and overseas. We can supply cleaning equipment and training for larger properties or superyachts.
