Our Journey: 45 Years of Culinary Excellence

The Noura story began in 1970 against the backdrop of Lebanon's tumultuous history. Founders Nader and Jocelyne Bou Antoun found their focus not on the battlefield, but in the warm embrace of the kitchen, mastering the art of traditional Lebanese cuisine. With unwavering passion and determination, they honed their culinary skills, shaping the journey of Noura into what it is today.

A Global Expansion

Driven by their vision to share the distinctive flavors of Lebanon, Noura expanded beyond their homeland. In 1980, they set foot in Paris, establishing a Parisian culinary haven. Their success inevitably led them to London in 2000, where they meticulously crafted a unique dining experience. Today, Noura proudly boasts three esteemed locations: the charming Mayfair lounge, and the esteemed establishments in Kingston and Knightsbridge.

Attention to Detail, A Hallmark

Nader Bou Antoun, with a captivating analogy, emphasizes the importance of meticulous attention to detail. He compares the meticulousness required to the role of yeast in bread-making, emphasizing that a small act of dedication can elevate a good meal to an unforgettable experience. This philosophy permeates Noura's entire operation, ensuring an unparalleled dining experience for every guest.

A Family Affair

Nader, alongside his supportive wife Jocelyne, has entrusted his entrepreneurial spirit to his two sons, Majed and Hani. Together, they form a cohesive team, ensuring that Noura's legacy endures. His daughter, Nada, further strengthens the family connection by lending her expertise in design and marketing.
