We have a strict policy of no more than 15 cats at any one time, ensuring that each cat receives plenty of attention and care.

The Angel Boarding Cat Hotel is set in beautiful gardens with very peaceful surroundings. Your cat will have a spacious pen, with a heated section for the colder winter months. Our garden setting provides a stimulating and calming environment for your cat, with plenty of opportunities to explore and relax.

Our cat hotel is located in a stunning, hidden location in Thames Ditton, Surrey. With ample parking and easy access to public transport, our cat hotel is the perfect place for your cat to stay while you are away.
Boarding Information and Requirements
To ensure the safety and well-being of all cats in our care, we have strict boarding requirements. All male cats over one year must be neutered. While every care and attention is given, cats are taken at owners' risk. In case of illness, veterinary expenses will be charged to the owner. If you are unable to collect your cat on the specified date, please notify us in advance.
We require a current vaccination certificate on arrival, including cat flu and feline enteritis. A full day's board is charged for the day of arrival and the day of departure.
On each visit, you will be required to complete a form asking various questions about your cat, including their dietary requirements, any medication they may need, and any recent or past illnesses. We provide most wet and dry food, but if your cat is on a special diet or prescription diet, please bring this along with you.

Opening Times
We are open all year round, including bank holidays, except for Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year's Day. During winter, we are open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 10.00am - 1.00pm then 3.00pm - 4.30pm. Wednesday and Sunday from 10.00am - 12.00 noon. During summer, we are open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 10.00am - 1.00pm then 3.00pm - 5.00pm. Wednesday and Sunday from 10.00am - 12.00 noon.
