Our cat boarding service provides spacious, secure pens with heated sections for winter comfort. Each pen allows cats to stretch and play in a stress-free environment. What are your opening hours for cat drop-off and collection?
Winter (Nov-Mar): Mon, Tue, Thu-Sat 10am-1pm & 3pm-4:30pm. Summer (Apr-Oct) extended to 5pm. Wed & Sun 10am-12pm. Closed Bank Holidays and specific Christmas dates.
What vaccination records are required for boarding?
Cats must have up-to-date vaccinations for cat flu and feline enteritis. Proof must be shown on arrival with current certificates.
Can I bring my cat's special diet food?
Yes, please bring prescription or special diet food in clearly labelled airtight containers. We provide standard wet and dry food otherwise.
Are there any specific requirements for male cats?
All male cats over one year must be neutered before boarding at our facility.
How are veterinary emergencies handled?
Owners are responsible for veterinary costs. We'll contact your vet immediately and keep you informed of any medical issues requiring attention.
