Relieve Pain, Release Tension, Heal Your Body
Central Oxford Osteopathy, established in 2011, is a well-established osteopathic clinic situated in the historic city of Oxford. Founded by Principal Osteopath Jamie Dearing, the clinic has evolved over the years, initially starting as a single practitioner practice and expanding to accommodate a team of associate osteopaths and other health professionals. Our new location, a beautiful Victorian building on Abingdon Road, provides a warm and welcoming environment with easy access to University playing fields and Hinksey Park.
At Central Oxford Osteopathy, we are dedicated to delivering safe and effective treatment for a wide range of conditions. Our team of qualified and experienced osteopaths utilise gentle, manual techniques to ease pain, release muscle tension, and improve joint mobility. This approach supports the body's natural healing process, providing relief from a variety of symptoms and conditions, such as back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, trapped nerves, hip pain, knee pain, tendon strains, headaches, arthritic pain, foot and ankle pain.
Jamie Dearing, our Principal Osteopath, is an award-winning practitioner with a strong background in osteopathic research and education. Jamie's holistic approach focuses on finding the root cause of the problem, thus providing long-term relief and promoting overall well-being.
