Our Services
At Sue Garner Yoga, we offer various services to help you achieve your wellness goals. Our classes are conducted in a beautiful, light, and spacious room at Friends' Meeting House, overlooking the trees. We also offer live-streamed classes by Zoom, ensuring that you can practice yoga from the comfort of your own home. Our classes are limited to 15 people, allowing for personalized attention and guidance.
Our one-to-one sessions are tailored to meet your individual needs, taking into account any health issues or concerns you may have. We also offer workshops, events, and retreats, which provide a unique opportunity to deepen your yoga practice and connect with like-minded individuals.
In addition to yoga, we also offer Rosen Method Bodywork, a gentle and non-invasive form of bodywork that can help promote relaxation, reduce stress, and improve overall wellbeing.
About Sue
Sue Garner, the founder of Sue Garner Yoga, has been practicing yoga for over 30 years. She completed her Teaching Diploma with the British Wheel of Yoga in 1999 and has since attended numerous retreats and trainings with respected yoga and meditation teachers. Sue has specialist training in Yoga for People Living with Cancer, yoga for back issues, breath practice, and is a Rosen Bodywork practitioner in training.
Sue's teaching is rooted in a consistent personal practice and continues to evolve. She has taught weekly open classes, individual sessions, workshops, events, and retreats, as well as specialized classes for people with limited mobility, long-term illness, mental health difficulties, and learning disabilities.
