Welcome to Insightfulness, a safe and confidential space for counselling, psychotherapy, and mindfulness in Rastrick, West Yorkshire. As a Counsellor, Psychotherapist, and Mindfulness Teacher, I, Emma Dunn, provide a non-judgmental space for individuals and couples to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. My goal is to empower you to make positive changes in your life, leading to improved mental well-being and a more fulfilling existence.

Counselling and Psychotherapy Services

I offer a range of counselling and psychotherapy services, tailored to meet your unique needs. Whether you're struggling with depression, anxiety, stress, or addictive behaviors, I'm here to support you. My counselling room is a cozy and comfortable space, located in a residential area of Rastrick, making it easily accessible from surrounding areas such as Halifax, Elland, and Leeds.

My approach is flexible and adaptable, ensuring that our work together is focused on your specific goals and needs. I use a variety of techniques, including mindfulness, to help you develop a more positive relationship with your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I'm committed to providing a safe and confidential space for you to explore your concerns, without fear of judgment or criticism.

Mindfulness Courses

In addition to counselling and psychotherapy, I also offer mindfulness courses, which have become an integral part of my work. Mindfulness has been shown to be highly effective in reducing stress, anxiety, and chronic illness. I teach the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Course (MBSR), an 8-week course that provides a comprehensive introduction to mindfulness practices. I also offer introductory courses, bespoke mindfulness packages, and specialized courses, such as Eating and Mindfulness, which is designed for individuals struggling with food-related issues.
