MBES is owned and managed by Lee Morris, a fully qualified Part P registered electrician with over a decade of experience in project management and maintenance contract work in the building trade. Our comprehensive range of services covers all areas of commercial and domestic property building and maintenance, from architectural design right through to complete new build project management. We are also experienced in general maintenance, and we hold several contracts for general maintenance for various businesses, ranging from hotels, shops, and factories to offices and private landlord properties.

• Electrical Services: We offer a full range of electrical services, including lighting works, socket works, fuse board works, underground cable works, internal and external rewires, modifications, upgrades, periodic testing/certification for private and commercial landlords, alarms, telephone/broadband/internet aerial/CoAxial cabling, and building works.
• Building Services: Our building services include home improvements, kitchen fitting, bathroom fitting, extensions, loft conversions, garage conversions, bricklaying, plastering, painting, kitchen extensions, tiling, carpentry & joinery, refurbishments, and garage conversions.
• Electric Car Charging: We provide electric vehicle charge points for any environment, including public and private car parks, workplaces (fleet and private vehicles), on-street parking, public sector buildings, homes, and rapid charging. We work closely with our clients to ensure we install the most suitable charge points for their needs, providing cost-effective solutions that control access, charge for use, and monitor usage.
