Monster Gym is a state-of-the-art fitness centre located in Cheshunt, Hertfordshire. Since 2005, we have been providing top-notch facilities and services to individuals of all fitness levels, from casual gym-goers to professional athletes and coaches. Our goal is to provide a comprehensive and supportive environment that enables our members to achieve their fitness goals.
Our Facilities
Our gym is equipped with the very best in strength training equipment from renowned brands such as Hammer Strength, Ivanko, and Forza Powerlifting. We have an extensive range of plate-loaded and pin-selectorized machines, as well as specially commissioned pieces that cater to the needs of our diverse membership. Our strength training area is stocked with dozens of bars, tonnes of plated weights, kettlebells, logs, chains, and dumbbells up to 150kg.
Our conditioning floor, located above the main gym floor, offers an impressive array of cardio stations, including treadmills, stepmills, and summit trainers. We also have a separate conditioning area dedicated to functional training, equipped with powerbags, medicine balls, ropes, and kettlebells. Additionally, we have two abdominal areas where members can focus on core strengthening exercises.
Boxing & Combat
At Monster Gym, we are proud to offer a comprehensive boxing and combat training program. Our experienced coaches and trainers provide expert guidance and support to help members improve their skills and achieve their goals. Our boxing and combat training area is equipped with top-quality equipment, including punching bags, gloves, and protective gear.
Cafe & Shop
After a gruelling workout, our members can unwind and refuel at our on-site cafe, which serves a range of healthy snacks and drinks. We also have a fully-stocked shop where members can purchase fitness gear, supplements, and apparel.
