Poor Service and Lack of Customer Care
The real estate company has been receiving negative feedback from several customers, who are disappointed with the service provided and the lack of care towards their concerns. One customer, Av D. Cabir Komurcu, rented a house from the company and experienced issues with the hot water system. Despite the company's efforts to resolve the problem, the customer was left without a permanent solution and had to endure multiple breakdowns of the system over four years.
Another customer, Mike Williams, shared a similar experience, expressing dissatisfaction with the condition of the property and the unresponsive service from the agents. The property was not well maintained, with stained carpets and walls painted in multiple colors, and the customer had to deal with constant noise and unhelpful staff.
Antoaneta Andreeva-Metodieva and Fanka Tsareva also reported poor experiences with the company. Antoaneta Andreeva-Metodieva was hung up on when she called to inquire about a property, and Fanka Tsareva had a negative experience with the company's valuation service, finding the agent to be arrogant and unprofessional.
