Our Story
In light of the downturn, Jamie started looking for an everyday product that he could promote in a new or more effective way to the general public. 18 months later, following extensive research and a chance encounter, he decided to venture into carpet retailing. Having already experienced this business from the customer's perspective, he realised there was scope for much improvement. "My experience had been that you either bought carpet purely on price - i.e., this is the cheapest carpet we have available in this colour or style, or if you selected any form of quality carpet it was "retail" and that's the price! "Our aim when we set up "Salisbury Carpet Company Limited" on the 7th January 2010 was (and still is!) to do everything better. We choose the best products, negotiate the best buying prices, work with the best and most competent fitters and offer friendly, informed, and honest advice" Jamie Adams.

We offer a range of bespoke rugs and runners in our showroom or through our online rug builder. We are happy to provide you with a FREE no obligation quotation. Our select team of fitters work on a self-employed basis, and we pride ourselves in only using local fitters who work to the same ethos as ourselves, ensuring that the level of service and fitting is second to none. Our expert fitters, Nigel, Steve, Richard, and Matt, have exceptional expertise and a wicked sense of humour to go with it.
