Our History
Pinnacle Surveyors was founded in 2010 with just two surveyors based in Derby. Over the years, we have expanded significantly, now boasting a team of over 50 surveyors and 13 administration staff with a combined total of over 1150 years of property experience. Throughout our expansion, we have built successful partnerships with many estate agency brands, lender clients, Panel Managers, and referral portals. We are proud to be a firm regulated by RICS.

Market Valuation
Our Market Valuation service provides a report confirming the current Market Value of a property. This report is based on sales of similar properties in the local area and can be used for shared ownership, matrimonial, probate, and tax purposes.
Help to Buy Valuation
Our Help to Buy Valuation service provides a report confirming the current Market Value of a property for Help to Buy Equity Loan redemption. This report is fully compliant with Homes England requirements and is used to calculate the payback amount for Help to Buy loans.
Level 2 Home Survey
Our Level 2 Home Survey provides a report assessing the construction and condition of each element of a property, suitable for standard properties up to 150 years old. The report includes a traffic light system showing the urgency of repairs and advice about ongoing maintenance.
Level 3 Home Survey
Our Level 3 Home Survey provides a comprehensive report assessing the construction and condition of each element of a property, suitable for all types of property. The report includes comments on potential hidden defects, identifies repair options available, and considers the future performance of materials.
Property PinnPoint Level 1 Survey
Our Property PinnPoint Level 1 Survey provides a report confirming the construction and current condition of a property. The report is photo-based and includes a traffic light system showing the urgency of defects, making it suitable for conventional, modern homes.
