Quality Issues with Print Materials
London Print Centre had a poor experience with their purchase from RTL87FE roll up banner material. They reported spotting issues on the printing after using half of the material, thinking it might be due to storage or printing faults. However, it turned out to be a problem with the material itself, with many spots and pales on printing. Despite reporting the issue, the company refused to take any responsibility, blaming other customers who had not reported any problems. They suggested that the customer should have done a quality check before printing and reported it within a month.
Furthermore, the company's customer service asked the customer to print a whole roll just to confirm the issue and report it back. The customer felt this was an unreasonable request and questioned the company's attitude towards customer complaints.
