Customer Experience
The majority of customers who interacted with The Mosaic Company had a negative experience. Out of the four customers who left reviews, three were dissatisfied with the service they received.
Poor Communication
Several customers felt that the company's staff was rude and unhelpful. Joseph Peralta only had a brief interaction with the company, but Pete Chandler and Miss Par were left feeling unimpressed after trying to engage with the company's representatives. Pete Chandler specifically mentioned speaking to a rude person on the phone who lacked interest in helping him with his purchase.
Uncooperative Staff
Miss Par had a particularly poor experience when she attempted to visit the company's physical location to view tiles before making an online purchase. A rude man appeared, informing her that the company was not open to the public, effectively turning her away.
Exceptional Service
In stark contrast, Darren Manley had a very positive experience with The Mosaic Company. After being let down by his builder, he received excellent service from the company and would definitely recommend them to others.
