Registering for Online Services

We offer several options for registering for online services, including the NHS App, Patient Access, and more. To register, please download our registration form and complete it with two forms of ID. We will verify your identity and provide you with access to our online services.

Children and Online Access

We understand that children and young people require special care when it comes to online access. We have a strict policy in place that ensures children under 11 years old are presumed to lack capacity, and children aged 11-15 years old require a clinician's assessment to determine their capacity.
