Services and Quality
Two out of the three reviewers have had issues with the company's services. John Gould praises the company's service, but notes that when the original denim sample is not available, the substitute denim used can be very different from the original, which could be a problem. Loraine Hayles had a disastrous experience, receiving trousers with the wrong measurements and having to go through multiple calls to get the issue resolved. She is still unable to get the correct trousers or a refund over a year later.
Paul Barreto, on the other hand, had a positive experience and praises the company's attention to detail and beautifully finished made-to-measure clothing.
Customer Service
The company's customer service has been a major issue for many of the reviewers. Loraine Hayles and John Gould both mention difficulties in getting in touch with customer services, with Hayles receiving an advertisement email over a year after her original issue and still being unable to speak to someone. Gould suggests that a warning about possible denim substitutions would be helpful.
