Poor Recruiters and Confusing Job Offers
Several reviewers have had unfortunate experiences with Smithcorp. The most common issue is an unprofessional recruitment process, with applicants being ghosted after multiple interviews or being left with inadequate or misleading information.
One reviewer, Olga Kedrova, was left disappointed and frustrated with the company's handling of her application. Despite making it to the second round of interviews, she was suddenly cut off without explanation, with her number even being blocked. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and has left a negative impression on Olga.
In contrast, Roman Sexface had a surreal experience with the company. He uploaded his CV and was called the next day to discuss a job renovating a kitchen. However, the address provided led him to a ring of toadstools, where he was beckoned in by a high-pitched voice. After a strange and unsettling experience, he was eventually pulled out by three men with a rope and vowed never to work for Smithcorp again.
