Our Services

We offer a Repeat Dispensing Service, which means that your regular prescribed medicines can be obtained directly from the pharmacy at a time convenient to you. All medicines are dispensed in child-resistant containers, unless you advise us otherwise. Please keep medicines out of reach of children. Additionally, you can return unwanted medicines to our pharmacy, where they can be disposed of safely.
We also operate a Repeat Prescription & Delivery Service, which saves you time by collecting repeat prescriptions from local surgeries and dispensing them ready for collection at the pharmacy. For the infirm, elderly, or housebound, we also offer a FREE Delivery Service.
Patient Services
We have a fully equipped podiatry clinic, staffed by an experienced podiatrist who can help with a range of foot-related problems.
Our hearing aid testing service provides in-depth testing in-house, and our cholesterol screening, blood pressure testing, diabetes screening, and body mass index testing services will help you take control of your health.
We also offer a stop smoking service, providing free NHS-accredited stop smoking support and advice, including patches, gum, and inhalators.
Information & Advice
We have a wide range of information and advice services, including leaflets, brochures, and booklets on various health topics. Our staff are always happy to help and advise you on medicines and the treatment of minor ailments.
Convenience & Support
At Richmond Pharmacy, we believe in providing convenience and support to our patients. We offer a FREE Delivery Service for the infirm, elderly, or housebound, and our repeat prescription service saves you time by collecting repeat prescriptions from local surgeries and dispensing them ready for collection at the pharmacy.
