Substandard Cleanliness and Maintenance

Many reviewers expressed disappointment with the cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel. Awa Bah, who gave the hotel 1 star, stated that the room was not cleaned for their four-night stay, and they had to empty their own extra rubbish daily. They also mentioned that the beds were never made.
