Poor Customer Experience
The majority of reviewers had a terrible experience with City Property Centre, citing inefficiency, poor communication, and questionable business practices. One reviewer, Rebecca Hardy, mentioned that the property was in a state of disrepair, with the sink and washing machine looking like they were ripped from the walls, and no functioning shower or light. Katie Loyd was ghosted for weeks without explanation, and Hana Rs was scammed out of hundreds of pounds and left with a difficult and stressful situation.
