Customer Service and Staff
The majority of reviewers praised the pharmacy's staff, citing excellent customer service and helpfulness. Specifically, Karishma and TJ were commended for their professionalism and understanding in replacing a faulty strip of levothyroxine tablets. Other reviewers appreciated the friendly and knowledgeable staff, including Tej, Rehana, and Lindy, who went out of their way to assist customers with their queries.
Pharmacy Operations
Some reviewers praised the pharmacy's efficiency, with Mawaheb Hammoud and Gaz Zam receiving their medications quickly and with minimal wait.
