Poor Experience with Evolve Hospitality Agency
Several authors have expressed their disappointment with Evolve Hospitality Agency, citing issues with availability of shifts, communication, and job prioritization. One reviewer, Tick Tock Watches, stated that the agency only offers shifts that are too far or to places they don't like, and only replies when they have leftover shifts nobody wants. Nairobi Mansare's experience was no better, having been rejected for a job despite having 4 years of experience while a less qualified candidate with no experience was chosen instead.
Bad Customer Service
Diamond Lover had a particularly bad experience, stating that consultants sometimes didn't even give her work available closer to her location, and that if someone cancelled their shifts last-minute, they would only text to replace that person. She felt like the last option even when she had the required skills and applied for several job offers without being approved.
