About Us

Our journey begins in 2006 when Lloyd, yearning to connect with like-minded souls, established the Worthing Meditation group. Lloyd envisioned a space where individuals could explore the profound benefits of meditation in a non-judgmental and inclusive atmosphere.

The group has grown into a diverse community of passionate meditators, united by a shared desire for inner peace and mindful presence. We primarily practice mindful awareness meditation, allowing us to cultivate deep awareness of the present moment without judgement.

Our Practice

The Worthing Meditation group meets every other Tuesday evening, with an additional Zoom group on the alternate Tuesdays. Our sessions begin at 6:45 PM and conclude by 8:30 PM. We begin with guided meditations, followed by open discussion and informal social interaction.

Over the years, our group has found immense value in sharing a library of books and resources on meditation. We encourage the mindful sharing and exchanging of these materials among members.
