Poor Customer Service Experience
The reviewer, Matt Jackson, had a disappointing experience with the company. He initially sent a message on Zoopla about a property he was interested in, but received no response after three days. He then called the company, leaving a voicemail, but again, received no response.
Lack of Communication
Despite leaving multiple voicemails (around 4-5) over a period of two weeks, the company failed to get back to him. The reviewer is astonished that a company entrusted with selling a house seems uninterested in communicating with potential buyers.
