Staff and Care Quality
The staff at The Troc have received praise for their kindness, patience, and support towards residents. However, there have been allegations of unprofessional behavior, with staff making inappropriate comments to residents and treating them poorly.
Resident Treatment
Some reviewers have reported that residents are not treated with dignity and respect. There have been reports of residents being manhandled, left in their chairs all day, and spoken to in a derogatory manner. Additionally, some staff members have been accused of using foul language towards residents, including those with dementia.
Care and Support
One reviewer has expressed gratitude for the care and support provided by The Troc, stating that they have shown great kindness and understanding towards their father. However, another reviewer has reported that their grandmother did not receive proper care during her 9-week stay, and was instead subjected to unprofessional comments about her size.
