Negative Experiences
AVOID! We took out a 24-month contract with Vodafone through Air-telecom in which Air-telecom was supposed to pay us a credit each month of the contract, however the last three months of credit over 2000 were never paid. We have been chasing the remaining three credits for over 6 months now with no success and Air-telecom are no longer communicating with us.
Hidden Costs
Read the small print and then read it again and again. You will not own the phones at the end of the contract, this fact is hidden in the small print, and if there is any damage to the handsets when you return them you will be charged the full cost of the handset, despite it being 2 years old.
